Muswellbrook TAFE
This project involved the installation of a Building Management System (BMS) at Muswellbrook TAFE via a DEOS Direct Digital Control (DDC). It manages a Daikin VRV air conditioning system, electrical systems and hydraulic systems.
Mechanical Services
Daikin VRV Air Conditioning, two Toilet Exhaust fans.
Electrical systems
Fire Lighting Control points, General Fire Trip.
Security, Lift, Power factor correction, UPS, Generator, Electrical meter.
Hydraulic systems
Hot water circulating pump, water tank, Stormwater pump, Recycled water pump.
Access to the BMS graphic management system is via the dedicated PC, and in addition, the DEOS system can be accessed over the Campus LAN from any PC with appropriate permissions, software and networking.
Remote Access connectivity is also available for Client and Automation Industries. Remote access by Automation Industries is secure using encrypted VPN connection to our central monitoring OPENweb server.
